Butler County Commissioner and Clerk of Courts Voter Forum
The Board of the West Chester Tea Party announced a voter forum for the March Primary race for the position of Butler County Commissioner and Butler County Clerk of Courts.
The voter forum will be held on Thursday, February 9th at the:
Lakota West Freshman Auditorium 5050 Tylersville Road West Chester, Ohio 45069-1093
Doors for the event will open at 6:30pm with the forum starting at 7:00.
The forum will be hosted by West Chester Trustee George Lang.
The voter forum will be a chance for the electorate of Butler County to ask questions and hear the answer to questions of the candidates for Commissioner and Clerk of Courts.
Butler County Commissioner candidates in attendance will be State Rep Courtney Combs, West Chester Business owner T.C. Roger, incumbent Commissioner Don Dixon and Candidate Jodi Billerman. Clerk of Court Candidates in attendance will be Current Clerk of Courts Mary Swain and Former interim Clerk of Courts Jeff Wyrick.
The West Chester Tea Party is a grassroots, non-partisan organization of private citizens united by our shared values of limited Constitutional government, free markets and fiscal responsibility.

Featured Speaker – Matt Mayer
MattMayer is president of Provisum Strategies, a consulting firm based in Dublin, Ohio, that helps private and public sector clients develop sound public policy. He previously was president of the Buckeye Institute for Public Policy Solutions, a free market think tank in Ohio.
Mayer was a senior official at the Department of Homeland Security under its first leader,Secretary Tom Ridge, and his successor, Michael Chertoff. Mayer, an attorney, advised DHS leaders on policy and operations and headed the terrorism preparedness office, charged with developing initiatives to meet the demands of the post-9/11 security environment.
He has appeared as a guest commentator on C-SPAN, Fox News Channel and other major media outlets. His articles and analysis have appeared in a variety of newspapers, law reviews, public policy journals and online forums such as Townhall.com. He has presented expert testimony to Congress and state legislatures, including Texas and Ohio.
